We are an architectural design practice based in North East Scotland, working on residential and small-scale hospitality projects.

Our work includes home extensions, alterations and refurbishments, along with conversions and upgrades for short-term lets, B&Bs and small hotels. We also focus on making better use of existing buildings and underused spaces, including garages, annexes and outbuildings, to create practical accommodation and living space.

Projects are mainly across Moray, from Speyside to Forres, with work further afield, including Suffolk and London.

We take a straightforward, well-considered approach to design, responding to the building and its setting, and aim to keep the process clear from early ideas through to planning and building warrant approval.
